Job Description



Under general supervision, the Human Resources Solutions Analyst is responsible for the verification and accurate processing of employee personnel data.  This position also requires daily problem solving, monitoring, auditing while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the personnel data and quality service is delivered.  An associate in this position may interact with his or her supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback.  Some non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advanced approval. 


  • Verify accuracy of personnel data, i.e., names, rates of pay and changes in job codes/wage rates.
  • Provide analysis on call/email topic trends and service levels to management
  • Partner with field and corporate associates to ensure all employees’ records are received and processed in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity to customers’ needs.
  • Monitor phone calls and emails to ensure quality service and partner with Manager for training opportunities for employee development needs
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisor and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work as a team member to maintain the highest quality of customer service and productivity; provide backup coverage for other team members as needed.
  • Resolve any issues or problems that may arise; escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or related field from an accredited program preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources function required; some supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to work additional hours during peak seasons and when special projects are required


  • Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
  • Proficient customer service skills
  • Ability to recognize discrepancies/errors in written/recorded data/information including the ability to initiate and respond to work errors in a professional manner, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Demonstrated capacity for gathering/scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions
  • Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Possess accurate typing and data entry skills
