SUMMARY

Working under direct supervision, the Refurb Data Coordinator provides administrative data analysis and reports based upon department goals and objectives. Among the principal desired outcomes for this role is ensuring reports and data analysis are accurately provided to management in support of overall business objectives. . This role interacts with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor's advance approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; prepare and/or create special reports, charts/graphs, and presentations per management request.

• Create excel worksheets and reports from “scratch” to support management requests and business priorities.

• Convert reports generated via other systems, such as Warehouse Management (WM) or Access, into an excel format.

• Analyze and interpret data gathered from various sources; provide analysis and interpretation results to management, including formats such as charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc.

• Maintain training documentation by updating data contained in computer software; report information to management team as needed.

• Manage Refurb database(s) as needed; compile reports and queries as directed by management.

• Update production, quality and accuracy charts/records in Microsoft Excel and look for trends based on the data.

• Provide relevant employee data to supervisors/managers as needed for use in employee reviews.

• File employee production and accuracy sheets, and PTO requests as needed.

• Communicate to management all issues that could result in process delays, safety risks, or those that might cause loss to GameStop or its associates.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure daily production, quality, and safety goals are achieved, which may include some relevant, non-data, non-administrative duties.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required — accredited Associate’s degree preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required analyzing data

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Communicate effectively with management and co-workers using written and spoken English — bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred

• Proficient knowledge of business computer systems and applications — specifically, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, WM, and Kronos

• Demonstrated capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions

• Proficient ability to read/comprehend complex displayed and/or printed statistical data/information and reports

• Possess working analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

• Proficient ability to perform basic math functions accurately (add, subtract, multiply and divide)

• Proficient ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization

• Possess the learning capacity to receive and apply cross-functional training; willingness to assist other functions and work groups as needed so the department achieves or exceeds its overall business objectives
