The Role

As the Human Resources Trainer, you will develop, and train newly hired or promoted associates in our rapidly growing organization. This position is responsible for delivery of training on various HR systems, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of proven experience with evaluating, creating, documenting, and conducting training for associates at all levels of the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, examine, and assess the training needs within the HR organization
  • Create training processes and documentation
  • Conduct training sessions as necessary
  • Educate associates on skills such as computer applications, phone systems, policies, and procedures
  • Plan and design training activities for new hires as well as veteran employees
  • Plan and develop monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios
  • Maintain correct and accurate training records
  • Collect feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of different training methods.

What You’ll Need

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external contacts
  • Proficient organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally within a complex organizational structure
  • Ability to work satisfactorily with no or minimal supervision
  • An adequate understanding of the principles that are involved in a good training program

What’s Nice to Have

  • At least, 3-6 years of proven work experience either professionally or through an internship
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline.

HR software knowledge such as Workday and/or Kronos
