The Loyalty Analytics Associate, reporting to the Director Loyalty, Marketing, Analytics & Insights will work closely and support the loyalty strategy and product team to uncover insights and deliver proposed solutions to improve our loyalty program by understanding our member better.  They will have a good balance of knowledge in SQL, Google Big Query, Google Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.  The qualified candidate must bring demonstrated technical reporting expertise using SQL and various Data Visualization Tools, excellent collaboration and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn core business processes while leveraging their technical skills to develop business intelligence and operational reporting. 


  • Deliver target state reporting and analytics that gives insight on business operational performance and risk. This includes enhancing existing reports and designing new reporting on regulatory and operational business processes.
  • Contribute to strategic projects to continuously improve business performance.
  • Identifies and drives opportunities for scalable, cross-brand collaboration, building on learnings and best practices from customer insights, brand campaign tests and our broader analytics team. 
  • Partnering with the loyalty strategy team on ad hoc reporting requirements to drive quicker solutions and findings. 
  • Apply learnings from data and summarize it in meaningful ways for making business decisions.
  • Apply new technologies and methods to streamline and automate reporting and data management processes
  • Drive best practices for data handling, data quality control, and change management of production reports and dashboards
  • Work with our internal analytics team to adopt new reporting methods
  • Lead multiple strategic projects, process enhancements and initiatives to provide better insights and visualization for our internal stakeholders
  • Continually monitor and adapt processes to meet changes in technology and upstream processes
  • Analyzes and interprets cross-brand performance to inform hindsight, in-season traction, and strategy in partnership with business analytics team
  • Partner closely with insight manager to analyze customer behavior, leverage those insights to identify customer segments that can be used in email marketing automation within the loyalty team
  • Be obsessed with our email experience, always uncovering new opportunities for improvements, and being the internal expert on all things email
  • Provide insights-driven data points to our loyalty marketing associate to meet our business objectives and goals around loyalty communication. 


  • BS/BA/Advanced degree in Business, Management, Finance, MIS, Data Analysis, or a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in reporting or data visualization, within loyalty is a plus


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SQL scripting and developing automated reporting
  • Preferred intermediate data visualization and data processing skills in Alteryx, Tableau and Qlik Sense
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Big Query, Google Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in executive-ready presentations
  • Strong project management discipline to balance priorities with cross-functional teams and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
  • Attention to detail a must with focus on quality control
  • Strong initiative and enthusiasm for problem solving and data automation
  • Experience using logic and methods to solve difficult problems and derive effective solutions
