Working independently, the Manager, Paid Social and Display is responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of cross-channel marketing programs to support product, sales, and customer growth initiatives. This role owns in-house channel management for paid social and display activities and requires experience directly managing campaign execution. The manager partners with external partners, merchandising, marketing, brand, loyalty, and analytics to develop budgets, media plans, targeting, segmentation, and creative for execution of cross-channel marketing programs. This individual is a collaborative team player who is experienced in leveraging marketing expertise to lead recommendations for marketing programs and alignment on program goals. As a data-driven marketer, the manager has demonstrated success managing campaigns to meet desired KPI’s, including return on investment targets.


  • Leads the planning, execution, and reporting of all social and display marketing campaigns to deliver traffic, sales, customer, loyalty, and financial growth
  • Establishes program budgets and manages campaigns within budget
  • Incorporates appropriate targeting and segmentation into marketing campaign activation
  • Partners with internal and external teams to develop on-brand creative assets and messaging
  • Manages execution of marketing tactics directly and/or in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Recommends innovative marketing ideas to grow traffic, sales, and customer
  • Leverages category, competitive, and consumer insights to support a continual test and learn approach to elevate marketing campaigns
  • Leads the delivery of multiple projects to meet business outcomes on-time and within budget
  • Directs cross-functional resources to flawlessly execute marketing programs
  • Effectively communicates results to a variety of stakeholders
  • Serves as primary point of contact to initiate co-op marketing program recommendations from ideation to post-campaign analysis
  • Develops and communicates guidelines for co-op marketing programs in partnership with marketing and merchandising teams


  • Accredited bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field required
  • At least 5 years of retail marketing experience, including vendor partnership marketing
  • Experience managing cross-channel marketing planning and execution
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in paid social media and display


  • Ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to team members
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (web analytics, Google, Facebook)
  • Familiar with best practices, industry standards, and compliance for using customer data in marketing campaigns
  • Proficient project planning skills to meet deadlines accurately in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
  • Ability to analyze complex, evolving situations independently, or as a team member, to arrive at productive, sustainable solutions
