SUMMARY

Providing direct supervision to a team of 2-4 individual contributors, the Manager I, Support and Delivery is responsible for leading, planning, and management of applications, systems and infrastructure support services in an enterprise environment.  This position may interact with the direct leader regularly to receive guidance and feedback.  Working independently, autonomy and decision making will be necessary but may require leader’s advanced approval.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead planning, and management of applications, systems and infrastructure support services in an enterprise environment.
  • Cross organizational collaboration to ensure delivery of business expectations and changing needs
  • Consult and provide recommendations to management, based current and emerging technologies
  • Manage IT service management processes
  • Mentor, lead and develop others to assume advanced roles

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree with a regionally accredited program or 5+ years relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of related management experience
  • Must be available to work after hours and weekends as needed
  • Configuration management experience using software such as BigFix, SCCM, Endpoint Manager
  • Designing, building, maintaining a windows imaging solution such as MDT, Windows Autopilot
  • Threat and vulnerability management experience
  • Virtual application and desktop experience using technologies such as Citrix, Amazon, Microsoft
  • Automation experience with Python/PowerShell scripting languages interacting with API’s, specifically provisioning access

  • Experience in retail
  • Experience with executive support
