Job Description



Working with close supervision, the Intern, Product Management provides analytical support to the Omnichannel Product Management team while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, productivity, and professionalism. The position is designed to provide the incumbent with a working knowledge of essential analytical and critical thinking skills in omnichannel department. Associate will interact with his or her supervisor frequently during each work period. Nearly all but the most routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.


  • Complete a hands-on project requiring you to implement the knowledge you acquire during your internship and share your experiences with the company
  • Assist in creation of data maps, user stories, KPIs through the product life cycle while fostering team accountability
  • Use data effectively in decision making and helping to prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Contribute to product life cycle by closely partnering with the engineers and designers
  • Ensure cross-value stream and cross-program coordination and collaboration
  • Understand metrics that ensure ecommerce performance goals are met


  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Classified as a Senior in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of internship
  • Business related field of study such as Information Technology, Business Information Management or Data Science
  • A documented GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents


  • Working understanding of process maps, flow charts, business analysis as related to a retail ecommerce domain
  • Demonstrable verbal, written, organizational, and professional skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Prior experience in the retail or gaming industries
