SUMMARY

The Sr. Product Manager, PC will lead initiatives that improve the overall customer experience across the PC Gaming category. He or she will drive the omnichannel vision for the space based on customer research and industry insights. This is a cross-functional role, collaborating closely with merchants, visual merchandisers, ecommerce product managers, marketing, operations, and finance teams to create an experience that delights customers and drives long-term growth for the business. This is an opportunity to redefine how customers discover and purchase PC Gaming products in an omnichannel environment.    

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the industry, the customer, and key areas of opportunity
  • Establish a vision and roadmap for the ideal PC Gaming shopping experience
  • Collaborate with visual merchandisers and store leadership to build an interactive and educational in-store experience
  • Collaborate with technology and ecommerce teams to develop a best-in-class online shopping experience for the category, educating customers and helping breakdown purchasing barriers
  • Work with Operations to build and streamline capabilities needed to execute shopping vision
  • Use customer and industry data to make strategic business decisions
  • Establish key input and output metrics and the associated reporting to measure success
  • Identify creative solutions to customer and store associate pain points that streamline the shopping experience
  • Identify and execute initiatives that will deliver long-term free cash flow
  • Continue to iterate on the category’s strategic plan, identifying new opportunities and surfacing innovative ideas

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree with a regionally accredited program or 7+ years relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant business and product experience
  • Experience leading new initiatives and measuring success
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
  • In-store Retail management experience
  • Ecommerce business experience
