Job Description


We are seeking an HR Data Generalist to provide HR support to our employees and the greater HR team. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail focused, technically savvy and comfortable in an evolving, fast-paced culture. This person will be an integral part of the HR Business Partner team for Field and the Boston office. They will have various opportunities for professional HR development in our “all hands-on deck” environment. This hire will bring 2+ years of experience performing reporting within the HR function and the excellent analytical skills such a role requires. You will have excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at minimum, but ability with other advanced reporting tools would be appreciated. 

  • Scope includes Reports, Audits, HR Dashboards, Program/Project Metrics, Surveys (ex: Exit & Onboarding), data analysis and adding additional capability to the HRIS systems
  • Manage tasks for and support HR initiatives such as merit/performance cycle, reporting, etc.
  • Prepare workforce analytics and benchmarking reports for HRBPs and senior business leaders on trends associated with key human capital factors
  • Maintains detailed operating knowledge of processes, systems, and services offered by the HR team.
  • Contribute to cross-functional analytics projects from beginning to end; collect and analyze data, summarize and present key insights in support of decision making
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through leading efforts in project management.
  • Quickly makes sound decisions around escalating open HR issues to HRBPs and functional management for timely resolution.
  • Experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information with attention to detail.
  • Perform any other functions as required by management.
  • Continually strive to improve HR processes and programs and identify and implement new ones.

Your Qualifications

  • 3- 5 years’ experience in the HR field
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with HR data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
  • Familiarity with standard HR processes and procedures preferred.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven analytic and quantitative decision-making skills, including the ability to extract meaningful insights from large data sets
  • Strong ability to develop & present actionable insights to HR partners and senior leaders
  • University degree or combination of equivalent human resources work experience and education considered.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in handling confidential information.
  • Experience providing positive internal customer experience with effective oral and written communication skills; including but not limited to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and having a keen ability to make fast and accurate decisions.
