ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • SAP/Oracle ERP, Assurant Lucernex, Gtreasury/Kyriba, Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Determination, ThinkLP and related system management, including not limited to configuration, testing, report development, data conversion, user support, and integrations
  • Maintain a close relationship with IT technology/engineering teams, ensuring collaboration and partnership during process improvement activities
  • Thoroughly understand business processes to ensure delivery of desired outcomes
  • Identify improvement opportunities and create end-to-end process recommendations
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, including the ability to manage conflict effectively
  • Ability to interact with global teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
  • Experience with high-volume reconciliations or sales audit functions
  • 2 + years of experience in financial transformation roles
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience effectively gathering and communicating requirements to software engineering teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (SAP/Oracle Preferred)
  • Blackline administration experience
  • Epicor Sales Audit administration experience
  • Thomson Reuters OneSource Tax Determination administration experience
  • Assurant Lucernex administration experience
  • GTreasury/Kyriba administration experience
  • ThinkLP
  • Python, VBA, BI Analytics or RPA development experience
  • MBA or CPA
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
