SUMMARY

Working with general supervision, the Intern, Treasury will be responsible will be responsible for an assortment of treasury projects.  The projects include business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship.  This position interacts with multiple treasury managers and directors several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback.  Intern may interact with his or her supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in completing ABL Revolver Bank Audit
  • Participate and complete work required to ensure a timely treasury and accounting close process
  • Assist in project related activities for bank account consolidation
  • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Rotates through teams within the assigned department and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
  • Engages with internal customers and provides suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal systems, processes, and policies
  • Assists in creating performance reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Classified as a Senior in an undergraduate program or currently enrolled in a graduate program at the time of internship
  • Business related field of study preferred Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration  
  • A documented GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents   

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable verbal, written, organizational, and professional skills
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Prior experience in the retail or gaming industries
