GameStop is seeking a Vendor Care Associate to join our fast-growing ecommerce team. In this role you will support new vendor set up, training, and onboarding, as well as provide ongoing support for merchants and external partners in our product information systems. You possess strong communication skills and strong attention to detail and enjoy working closely with partners to drive process improvements.

This position reports into our Data Integrity and Vendor Care Manager and is based in Grapevine, Texas.


• Process set up of new vendors and items through our product information (PIM) system

• Facilitate vendor onboarding and trainings, able to walk our partners through correct use of our systems to make sure our catalog and content is up to date.

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistent communication both internally and externally to support GameStop’s online business and manage daily workflow issues

• Identify and help execute new system improvements and follow through on testing and implementation, including support on projects and programs on the merchandising operations roadmap.


• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years relevant work experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Previous retail, customer service, online or ecommerce experience a plus
