Are you passionate about technology solutions that help transform the way people do business?  As a Spring Business Account Executive you are an expert in mobility business solutions (mobile phones, tablets, IoT devices, etc.) and consult with small to medium size business to solve complex business needs.  You understand the value of building and maintaining great relationships, take pride in your ability to find new sales opportunities through a variety of prospecting methods within your assigned district, and consistently exceed sales targets by maintaining a robust sales funnel.

The core responsibilities for a Spring Business Account Executive are to develop and maintain great relationships with clients and partners, maximize sales opportunities with new and existing accounts, and be operationally excellent in all that you do.  You must have a good working knowledge of the products and services we sell, be very comfortable developing qualified leads over the phone and in person, be able to uncover business needs through on-site visits, and collaborate with internal and external partners to prepare and deliver proposals that help our clients maximize their business.

Additional Requirements

  • The ideal candidate possess both a sales and technical background.
  • Responsible for operational and administrative tasks.
  • You have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Access.
  • Proficient in Google Suite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms.
  • Experience using programs such as SalesForce, Sugar, Statflo, or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Work hours will be based on business needs and will include some nights and weekends.
  • 3+ years experience Business to Business sales experience required.
  • College Degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Account management and client relationship management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Experience selling business telecommunications and technology solutions direct to enterprise businesses or Federal, State or local government agencies preferred.

  • This job key applies to employees who spend more than 80% of their time performing duties directly related to making sales away from their offices, and retail locations, specifically at a customer’s place of business. Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with clients and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with clients via phone, teleconference, email, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customer's premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with internal and external partners.
