SUMMARY

Providing direct supervision to a team of 2-4 individual contributors, the Manager I, Support and Delivery is responsible for leading, planning, and management of applications, systems and infrastructure support services in an enterprise environment.  This position may interact with the direct leader regularly to receive guidance and feedback.  Working independently, autonomy and decision making will be necessary but may require leader’s advanced approval.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•        Lead planning, and management of applications, systems and infrastructure support services in an enterprise environment.

•        Cross organizational collaboration to ensure delivery of business expectations and changing needs

•        Consult and provide recommendations to management, based on current and emerging technologies

•        Manage IT service management processes

•        Mentor, lead and develop others to assume advanced roles

•        Develop and Integrate offshore resources as needed to achieve organizational goals. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•        Bachelors degree with a regionally accredited program or 5+ years relevant work experience

•        2+ years of related management experience

•        9+ years of related experience. 14+ years for educational equivalency

•        Must be available to work after hours and weekends as needed

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•       Experience with Order Management Software or ecommerce fulfillment systems

•       Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certifications

•       Experience managing On Premise to Cloud Migrations

•       Proficiency using the Atlassian Collaboration, Issue & Project Tracking Software or equivalents.
