SUMMARY

Spring Mobile’s reporting Specialist is required to diligently execute all duties described below.  The Reporting Specialist’s main objective is to ensure that all reporting is delivered on time and accurately with world class efficiency and demonstrate and understanding and additional analysis of the information.  In addition to daily and weekly sales reporting, the Reporting Specialist will provide monthly and quarterly business review and sales huddle data to the sales leadership to further analyze all aspects of the business:  Sales, P&L, HR, Training, etc.  Core objective:  To provide accurate and timely reporting to each designated Spring Mobile team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Run standard reporting each day before the assigned deliver time.
  • Maintain standard reporting by conducting weekly data validations to ensure the information reported is accurate as well as fixing any issues that may arise.
  • Will do data mining to find ways to get new information into existing reports whenever requested.
  • Find and improve any inefficiencies in the standard reporting
  • Help the Data Analytics Managers with any ad hoc requests that come in as well as assist in any projects that the Data Analytics Manager needs help with.
  • Must have strong work ethic and be able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to communicate to different types of management effectively to ensure confidence in the reporting being sent out.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 or more years of related experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Expert ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English including the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team members
