SUMMARY

Working with general supervision, the Senior Coordinator Event Programming will design in-store community-based customer experiences in coordination with stores and loyalty teams.  Associates in the role will possess excellent marketing skills and communications experience.  The role interacts with a supervisor daily to receive guidance and direction. The role is generally characterized by a basic enterprise scope, a moderate level of analytical complexity, and a moderate level of independent decision making; many non-routine activities may be undertaken without a supervisor’s prior approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Collaborate with others to ideate, develop, research, strategize, and implement the experiential marketing events for the organization focused on the end goals of brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing qualified leads
  • Working with department leadership to plan, produce, and execute experiential marketing events enterprise wide
  • Help create and drive the experiential marketing strategy for the organization with cross-functional counterparts
  • Coordinate frequent stakeholder interactions, reporting, projects with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with internal cross-functional partners
  • Provide input to create, adjust, and refine best practices
  • Ensures compliance of local laws/restrictions for programming

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

  • 1-2 years or more of related experience required
  • Accredited Bachelor’s degree with a related field of study required; at least two years of additional related work experience may be considered in substitution
